The Moving Update

jetpack_monkey_ljarchiveFull entertainment center is now set-up -- the cable box (with DVR omg) was installed yesterday while I was at work. My room is still chockfull of boxes -- I like to save them but I don't have anywhere to store them in the new place.
Still have to get all my other stuff from the old apartment. My clothes, for example. I have enough to last me the week, except in my infinite wisdom, I only grabbed one pair of socks. Brilliant, simply brilliant. I feel severely gross at the moment, at least from my ankles down.

midnightfae and I were getting seriously run-down and took a little time off. Will have to work on finishing up my room tonight and then figure out where to go from there.
In other news, finished off "The Pirate Planet," the second story in the Fourth Doctor's "Key to Time" season. Very good stuff. Loving Tom Baker and I think I'd love him more if the direction wasn't so utterly flat. That's old school Doctor Who for you, though. I am hoping some episodes are better than others in that department. Interesting side note -- The Pirate Planet was written by Douglas Adams and contains a lot of bits that are very proto-Hitchhiker's Guide.
