Quick Farscape Question

jetpack_monkey_ljarchiveIn the discs I received from Netflix, it appears that the order of the eps goes 2.18, 2.22, and THEN 2.19-2.21. Is this accurate? It seems odd that the last ep wouldn't be last. I can understand the huge switcheroo in the beginning of the first season, but this is just odd.
